I believe this maybe relevant to HongKongers thinking about moving to the UK as Hong Kong is a financial city and the government believes Leeds and London will become the world's leading green finance centre's very soon. Or alternatively search up the title on google to post if you don't trust the link, but it is from the UK government website? The UK economy will start bouncing back by the end of the year and the industries with the most scope will be Tech, FinTech, AI, Automation, Finance and localised manufacting? But it seems like Leeds will soon be the city of choice for many, thousands of Londoners are moving to Leeds every year, it's a rising city, it also has free boat taxis and the cost of living is much cheaper than London, unless you live on leeds dock then it will be similar prices, at the very least it's a good investment to buy property because the developers are going crazy in Leeds www.gov.uk/government/news/leeds-and-london-set-to-become-global-centres-of-green-finance

提一下，如果買新屋的時候，通常會在頭兩年左右，牆身、邊各角會有爆裂的輕微情況，這是正常的，因為冷縮熱漲的關係，最好是在兩年之後再做整體的修補，等他完全把問題呈現出來，一次過自己或請人修補都可以。

Check whether these new houses are freehold or leasehold. Most of developers sell the freehold licence 2 private companies. It meant if yr house is leasehold and u want to buy freehold after bought the house. Private company will charge you a lot of money for freehold licence. Freehold meant you owe land n house. Leasehold meant you only owe your house 4 certain years and u need to pay land rent, service.

Thank you for the video and information about new house in Bristol. We are still considering between London and Bristol. For living standard I'm sure Bristol is a lot better than London but work is also important. Houses are generally smaller than Australia and New Zealand but I guess that's something we can give up for family reunion since my sister in law and her family couldn't come to Australia. That's the best I can do for my wife 💗
