同Toronto 一樣, 依家D新樓越起越細同窄, 係多倫多依家所謂3000sq ft 係三層, 即係每層1000sq ft, 同舊屋只得二層, 每層1500sq ft, 就細好多. 三層行上行落好唔方便. 買屋首選location, 其次就係size, 跟住再到age of the house. 除非間屋係heritage house, 政府唔俾改動外圍, 三十/四十年嘅屋裝修咗就唔會比新屋差.

Hi Fei & Stepho, Do you talk about possible jobs for new immigrant from Hong Kong. ? One I have not heard about is Fostering : parents., single Mum , single Dad or just single. They are needed by all boroughs. Basic pay is £23,400 per annum. per child, TAX FREE. Depending on borough, There is funding as well. I have heard of people who foster 4 children, that is quite a good living. another thing job is raising cats, mate them and having kittens and selling kitchens. My friend's cats just had kittens, she advertised and all four was reserved. The kittens are not ready to go to new owners for another 3-4 weeks. These are very ordinary cats. each is for £500.00 Her pedigree cates, usually sold for £2500 , her last litter had 7 kittens. She joked, her cats pay the private schools fees for her children. It is a business, one needs capital, to buy and raise the cats until they have kittens.
